Artemy is a classical guitar musician playing the guitar for his entire life. He plays classical music of different styles and epochs – classical, baroque, contemporary. After playing for so many years he still feels passion and excitement in music.
Born in Russia, lives in the Bay Area, California. Artemy started playing the classical guitar when he was 13. His choice of the instrument was inspired by a great Spanish musician Andres Segovia. He received his early musical education in a local musical school in his native town. Artemy took private lessons and masterclasses with international concert guitarists like David Russel, Zoran Dukic, Rene Izquierdo, Rovshan Mamedkuliev, Gabriel Bianco, and Lawrence Ferrara. He regularly performs at local open mics and other occasions when he gets a chance. Currently he is continuing his education taking private lessons with Yuri Liberzon.
